    Please, try installing the game to the internal storage.

    Insert the game disc into the disc drive.

    From the Home hub, select the game in the drive tray, and then press the X button on your controller.

    Select Install.

    They should be in the ready to install section of 'my games and apps' under that game, if not try launching the 360 hub (press the menu and view buttons at the same time) while in a 360 game and see if the packs are there somewhere.
