    Xbox party chat is choppy when playing games


    Whenever I play a game, Xbox party chat becomes choppy and I can’t hear my friends and they cannot hear me. When I’m not playing a game or when I’m on the home page party chat is not choppy.

    I’ve tried everything including changing my DNS settings, Resetting my consoles, Resetting my router, Cleared my MAC address. Now I have to use Xbox app to speak with friends.I don’t know what to do.

    Yep.... Just another failing of the game..... My friends and I would like to turn off party chat when playing but don't because of the poor, choppy, delayed sound.

    I have the same issue. Only time i can get party chat to work is to restart console and start new party immediately. My NAT is open also. Regular game chat is choppy.

    I can`t play games.

    I was trying to play Mortal Kombat 11 the last two nights and the game would not launch. After uninstalling then reinstalling the game, it still wouldn't launch. And my Xbox Party Chat was messed up on top of that. The audio was super choppy. I did
    a Hard Reset EXACTLY as described ^here^ and then bingo! Problem solved.
