Is the Enforcement team corrupt? Is Xbox sexist?

My 2 profile pictures were one of Ada Wongs face from resident evil. The other was Ranni from Elden Ring. The one of Adas face was striked as (inappropriate). It was literally just her face. A womans face. After playing a killer match of Dead by daylight and killing 2 of the 4 survivors. 3 of the survivors were on xbox, spam reported my profile picture of Ranni. My Ranni profile picture was approved and successfully appealed on June 2nd. However, after being reported by 2 incels and a furry.. or just weird people. I have been suspended from everything aside playing. I appealed my profile picture after being harassed by report. The same picture that was approved of on June 2nd. My appeal was denied. Btw, anything inappropriate about the Ranni picture WAS and IS blocked off. 1-Why would xbox find women offensive? 2-Why would the enforcement team approve/verify my profile picture then ban me for the same profile picture? 3-Why are womens faces offensive? 4-Does Xbox hate healthy women or in-game women of whom they sell the games of? I am a woman. I was harassed for having women profile pictures and for winning at Dead by Daylight. And the 3 xbox players that did it were reported, and still got away with it. Also been playing since 2015, and have never been banned or suspended.

Suspensions and bans dont generally occur right at the time of the offense. They are done after an investigation which would have taken time since the enforcement team doesnt have many employees in comparison to the amount of total players on Xbox Live.

That is how your suspension could be extended when you were already suspended. It means they found more rules had been broken aside from what caused the initial suspension.

Yes trash talk has always been a thing with gaming but it also still has to abide by the code of conduct. If it doesn't then you are subject to suspensions. The same is the case on PSN except if you get suspended on there your whole account is suspended,not
just communications. The rules on psn are almost exactly the same.
