Xbox games and apps not initiating when pressing A, going to details instead

Hi

Starting from yesterday every time I click on any game or app in my Xbox Series X, the details page of the game or app displays instead of going directly to the game or app.

Yeah it's part of a recent update. Settings -> General -> Personalization -> Games & Apps -> And on the right you can choose where you want the game hub to open up from, or not

Thank you. Once again a stranger on the forum is more useful and quicker than the actual Xbox Support. Why is Microsoft closing the forums is beyond my comprehension.

Instead of pressing a, press x (game details) then play game.

On the My Xbox section of the dashboard, instead of pressing A to start the game press Y for game details and it should give you the option to install the game.

While installing go to My games and apps.

Scroll down and select Queue- The detail you want will be listed here.

(Or)

Now its available to see from the side pane when you press Xbox button on controller..
