    I got my account hacked nearly 2 years ago now and would like to know any way i could get it back the name of the account is ( xïpxq ) and im guessing whoever hacked it did it good as i couldnt use my email or phone to get back into it once it was hacked. I no longer have any links to the account but have had that account since 2015 ish and played on it since i was a little kid if theres any way anybody could help me to get it back it would mean ALOT thank you

    Idk if it helps but i can name off the old username that the account has and old passwords and the emails that were linked but there are no longer linked as the hacker changed them i could also give the 2 phone numbers the account would have had on it.

    Hello again, this is really weird, ideally contacting Xbox customer service so they can provide you with the best guidance for your case.

    I already went through the recovery form and got the reply that I've mentioned in the thread. Even though my email has nothing to do with my ISP, and the fact that I have the email where it says my password got changed from United States (although I live in EU), and can't do anything to recover my account that is VERY valuable to me is unbelievable.

    help parents email got hacked and cant except terms of use.

    i have tried but it wont let me into that account option because i am not online. also it isn't my account it self it is my parents account that got hacked and i cant get the password to accept the terms of use i tried everything to get it back but cant
    get it isn't there any way i can change my parents email without having to put in there password that is what not working.

    Hotmail account hacked? Re-buy all your xbox one games. No way I'm buying an Xbox One with that possibility.

    look after your account better then, you were not hacked more likely phished. and there is always a way to get your account back if anything like this happened.
