Microsoft Account doesn't exist and cannot login to connected Minecraft Account

I found a weird email from my old PC from where I used to use the same account related to the account I mentioned before, notice that the first 2 words is the same word from the email I sent. but when I try to login to the account, the email for the microsoft account has changed into something from koph domain instead of gmail. If there are any team from microsoft support please help in investigating this case as my account might be hacked.

I am very sorry about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are simply indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Use the Microsoft account recovery form

Go to:

https://account.live.com/acsr

Enter the original email address or phone number associated with your account (even if it’s changed)

Provide an alternate email address where Microsoft can contact you

Answer as many questions as you can — use accurate information like:

Old passwords you’ve used

Services you’ve used (Xbox, Outlook, Skype)

Serial number for your Xbox console (if you know it)

Billing details (if you’ve purchased anything in the past)

Tip: Try submitting the form from a device or location you’ve used before — this helps Microsoft verify that it’s really you.

Step 2: Watch your alternate email for updates

After you submit the form, Microsoft will review your request and usually respond within 24 hours.

If your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to reset your password and recover your account. If it’s denied, you can try again — just double-check your answers and include as many details as possible.

thank you for your answer. I disagree. The problem is with a Microsoft account within minecraft. The issue is definitely with Microsoft.

In Minecraft on switch there is a button to logout from Minecraft. When you login again, the authentication of the first Microsoft account which was logged into is prompted. There is no possibility to change the Microsoft account.

There is an additional button "Delete Microsoft account login data". If this is pressed you are asked, if you are sure. If you press yes, nothing happens. Nothing has changed with login either.

Can you help us, please?

Issue is, I connected the Switch Minecraft version with my adult Microsoft account. Now my son is old enough and I want, that he logs into the switch with his own account. But I cannot change the Microsoft login account of switch minecraft. :-(

the email for that account was dovietthang134@gmail if that's needed
Paid Minecraft, create a Microsoft account linked with that email dedicated to Minecraft
And now Microsoft just straight up telling me that account "doesn't exist" after a month of playing

I just want to confirm if you still have access to your Mojang account in game or through the website?

If you still can login using an email that no longer exists to Mojang or Minecraft website, you can actually start the migration process to a Microsoft account. You have an option to use an existing Microsoft account or create a new account.
