How Do You Fix Connection Refused: Getsockopt Error When Joining Minecraft Servers?

After updating my minecraft server's files to the latest version (1.21.6), whenever I try joining my server, it says "Failed to connect to the server Connection refused: getsockopt." It also says the same thing when my friend tries to join as well. I've already looked for and tried several possible fixes. I've tried things playing around with my firewall and changing the server's ip ports. I'm hosting this server myself, and not through a 3rd party source. Any solutions to fixing this?

Minecraft Java does not require Xbox Game Pass, are you trying to connect to a specific Minecraft server?

What happens when you try to join the server? Provide screenshots of any errors or messages you see.

Have you tried connecting to any other servers?
