    PGA 2k21 and PGA 2k23 refuse to install on my Xbox one. Power saving mode turned on as recommended, lots of space on hard drive. It just refuses to spin the disc. It will try then stop after failed attempts. Xbox is up to date with updates. I tried to remote install via Xbox app, which did install the game but still will not recognise and spin the disc. All other games install and play no problems. Can anybody help me solve this?

    Try disabling power saving mode (switch to "Instant-On"), then fully restart your Xbox, clean the disc, and attempt the install again. This often resolves disc read issues specific to certain titles.

    Please try them on another Xbox

    Since you're on Xbox One, that version may not be on the disc and must be downloaded separately after being prompted

    As 2K21 is delisted you may have issues with that one.
