    How do I unlink a PS account when I can't log in?


    Trying to play Minecraft after a couple years. I go to login via the QR code, it says "all set" on my phone. But on the PS5 I get an error message stating the account is already linked to a PSN account. It isn't, it's my same account, just years later and a PS5 instead of PS4. **I cannot unlink it throught the settings>account>unlink tab because I can't login to even get to the account settings.** There is nothing showing to unlink. I have already read that article and "help" forum a million times. Ive also already contacted Minecraft support, they say its not their problem, its a Microsoft issue. Odd, seeing as Microsoft now owns Minecraft but alright. Anything actually useful to help or will I just never get back into my Minecraft account? TIA!

    Hey there! So I was hopeful that this would solve my problem but unfortunately it did not. I tried to unlink like it said in the form that you COPIED AND PASTED, but to no luck. If someone can reply with how to unlink a ps account, i didnt recently link

    Indeed, some gamers experienced this issue already too. ESOSAEGHOSA, usually PS support are the ones who unlink the accounts, Microsoft doesn't unlink any accounts which we previously linked to another companies account, such as EA's, Epic's, PSN's, and such. There's a procedure you could do in your console to try, but, usually is the PS support those who can unlink it.

    Launch PS's Minecraft > then got to settings > profile > then while logged into the Microsoft account you don't want, go down to the option "Unlink Microsoft Account.""

    none of it works I cant contact PS support and cant unlink my Microsoft account it wont even give me the option.
