Sorry to hear that. Please, if you know how to do this, create a Wi-Fi hotspot router on your phone and connect to it. That way, we can isolate the problem by testing another internet connection, using your mobile data plan. If it works with the hotspot connection, connect to your home internet again and try changing the DNS for your connection. Follow these steps: Go to Profile & System > Settings > General > Network Settings. Select the network you are connected to, then select Advanced Settings > Manual In the DNS field, enter these: Primary: 8.8.8.8 Secondary: 8.8.4.4 Save the settings.

I successfuly logged into my account thanks to your advice and modified the DNS as you said, everything is fine now !

My account is under a Microsoft family and I am downloading the season pass on a Xbox series X.

My xbox was from Argos, it was manufactured for the UK, I am pretty sure I have warranty because my Xbox series X is registered on my account and still has warranty available till the 5th of March so that means my controller must have the same amount of warranty I am just unable to register it on my account for some reason
