    using another account i need help. my main account account got hacked password and email changed. Microsoft support isnt helping and i have proof i own the account. it holds all my save data and other stuff and i really need it back. Please help me

    First, I wanted to mention that as this is an open forum populated mainly by gamers like yourself all we can provide is advice.

    In this case though I'm afraid that if you were unable to get help via a Microsoft Advocate via https://support.xbox.com and clicking on Contact Us then we would not be able to help any further. The best I could offer would be to try contacting again and ask for an Unauthorized Access Ticket for your account.

    That's incorrect because yesterday I was banned for being in a hacked lobby on call of duty, these lobbies are completely random and you can not be fully aware of this like I wasn't fully aware until my account was banned

    With this being a recovered hacked account issue your best to telephone support - they have access to account info and will be able to help recover it fully to your own personal emails etc

    My controllrr goes dead when it says fully charged, piece a krap is why, just leave it plugged in, course i never woulda thouhht it was a hack, must have that hack in bf4 too
