    Minecraft for windows


    I have minecraft for windows and minecraft java installed on my PC with game pass, java runs fine, but bedrock opens up the window when I press play, but goes off without going to the opening screen, anyone know why or how to fix?

    Actually the Minecraft website refers to the Minecraft for Windows as Minecraft Bedrock.

    Please try to load the Minecraft for Windows by searching it on the Start menu. Just go to Start > Search and click on Minecraft for Windows. It only shows you "Play trial"?

    Xbox code for Minecraft WIN10 edition

    You can't use the Windows 10 code for Xbox.

    Xbox and Windows Minecraft are two separate products.

    If you have bought Minecraft Xbox One Edition digitally, you can upgrade to Xbox Minecraft for free.

    But owning Windows or Java Minecraft won't give you Xbox Minecraft. Sorry.

    Also please make sure you bought the right version. There are three Minecraft games in Microsoft Store.

    They are -

    Minecraft(If you want to play it on Xbox One, you should buy this version)

    Minecraft for Windows 10

    Minecraft for Windows 10 Mobile.

    Minecraft and Minecraft for Windows 10 share the same pic in Microsoft Store.

    Did you purchase Minecraft or Minecraft for Windows 10? If you went through the website, you may have purchased Minecraft which is for the console, not Minecraft for Windows 10 which is for the PC.
