Vibrant visuals are not working on my pc even it is on dx 12

Vibrant Visuals require a DirectX 12 Ultimate compatible graphics adapter, unfortunately, your Intel graphics does not support it.

it has to Support DirectX 12 ultimate, DirectX 12.3

There is no work around outside of buying a new computer or upgrading your GPU in a desktop

The Xbox One won't be able to use DX 12, only new PCs that are running Windows 8.1.

To set your expectations properly, Vibrant Visuals, including point lighting, is an experimental feature that needs to be specifically turned on.

Here's how to enable it:

Please launch the game on your Xbox Series X.

And then choose whether you want to start a new world or modify an existing Next is to navigate to the "Experiments" section within the world settings.

Then locate the "Vibrant Visuals" option and turn it on.
