Why is my xbox PC app not functioning and games not syncing?

Wordament on PC is part of Ultimate Word games, hence why the android & PC versions do not sync up.

Thanks for taking the time to respond, but I have to admit that it still baffles me. AND I'm hoping there might be some way to retrieve data backed up to the cloud, or data via a direct physical hookup to the laptop, using that functionality in Win 10. It
didnt work on my old S5, but I'm hoping it works on the Note 9, though I've been reluctant to try it just yet. If anyone has ever done that to get the data to the PC game, I'd love to know how to do so.

As for being part of Microsoft games, so is MS Solitaire & from regular games to challenges to tournaments, it syncs just fine between PC/Win10 & Android - effortlessly.

So I still don't get why Wordament doesn't sync. Why doesn't it have the same functionality as the solitaire games?

Sorry if I am being obtuse, but it makes no sense not to build that functionality into the game. Why make the app if it doesn't work the same, unless it has to have Jumble & Crosswords added first? But it seems to me the word games would still be 3 separate
apps as I'd think they're more complex than solitaire. You can find tons of apps for single types of solitaire games but I have yet to see an app with multiple word games...yet I also have a free solitaire app that has 150 different games & great gameplay.
I just liked the syncing ability of the Microsoft Solitaire app.

I hope someday it syncs...& that Jumble & Crosswords are also added to the apps for Android. Please consider adding this functionality. I'd be happy to help you test it if you're looking for people to do that. You have no idea how great it is to me that
these apps are available. I have.physical conditions that limit how much time I can spend on the laptop. The apps on the lighter weight option of a smartphone are a huge help, giving me a way to keep my mind engaged & keep it (hopefully) sharper without the
difficulty of managing the laptop to do so.

Thanks for the apps you have. I know it's greedy to want more of them, not just as apps but also as apps that sync...but I still hope you'll ad that functionality.

They could easily stop that bug with an manually sync option. So that i can decide to sync my achievments with the XBOX APP on my Windows PC.

That would work great, beceause every gamer can decide whenever they need to look at theire achievments on the app. just a litte checkbox that confirmes, sync my score ingame with my XBOX APP. Beceause if u go ingame to your progress and look inside every
single action is written to the game and its 100% correct. Why isn´t that possible to sync these stats to the app by an option to manually sync. Please help this is really **** !!!

Ah ok, I just assumed you started out on Xbox, with the PC having to sync data,

The only time i have to data sync is when I'm playing from Xbox to PC ( sync happens on PC ) or PC to Xbox ( sync happens on Xbox ),

I don't know why it would need to sync data if you started out and just play on PC,

I'm not sure what else you can try, other than try to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it has any affect or if it fixes the issue.

3. Try manually syncing your saved games by going to the "Manage Game & Add-ons" section of Starfield on both your Xbox Series X and PC. From there, select "Saved Data" and then "Sync Now."

all I can see is delete all and delete, or clear

are you sure this Sync now is available in xbox x??? or is just my xbox x dont have this function

Xbox's dependencies for PC are basically programs, like the Xbox app, the Gaming Services app, and services that are already running on your PC.
All this allows the Xbox app (and basically Microsoft Store games) to function properly.
