    Problem with downloading FIFA 16


    I have tried to download FIFA 16 on my Xbox Series X and my Xbox One and it kept getting stuck on 96% every time. I have tried many ways to try solve it like restarting the console, unplugging and plugging the console back in, but none of these methods have worked. Has anyone came across this problem or can anyone help me with it?

    If your download is consistently getting stuck at 96%, try the following steps:

    1) Cancel and reinstall the game: Press the Xbox button > My games & apps > Manage > Queue > select FIFA 16 and choose Cancel. Then try reinstalling.

    2) Clear local saved games:

    Go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games. This won’t delete your cloud saves.

    3) Check for system updates. Make sure your console is fully updated: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    If the issue continues, you may want to try installing it offline: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

    Minecraft will not launch

    Same problem with mine craft downloaded version. Started 2 days ago. Loading screen opens, then dumped to home screen. Also happens for Fifa 16. Other downloaded games work. Power cycle did not help.
