    hi.

    i got hack and lost my microsoft.

    the hacker change my email and lost connection to my xbox and minecraft both java and bedrock account.

    my java name is: Infinitykey

    my xbox/bedrock: PiratesAvengers

    i was be able to revover my microsoft but realize when i try to log in with my xbox account and minecraft account still connecting to the hacket email no longer connected to my microsoft email.

    i tried the recover tools

    it ask for email,phone and skype-name

    i tried putting: Infinitykey. my email and hacket email

    i found out what hacket email try using agains my email is: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    its a bot hacking email

    its also using *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    logging in other accound that was connected from my main email making more difficult to recover

    but it always have .RU at the end

    then when in next page.

    it want me to write my name and birthday and postal code simpel

    ask for old password that connect to my accound and any connect with other app (xbox) and if i purchase from microsoft.

    i dont know, is purchase Minecoins in minecraft is purchase from microsoft. it been so long and ages and i dont have the receipt like no purchase history but i know i purchase minecoins to get cool stuff in there.

    so i mix with yes and no answer

    next problem is Xbox 360-console-ID. once again never had xbox console

    then finish and submit

    it will check under 24 hour but it came instant just to tell me it decline all of my submit forms none of them lasted more and 3 second.

    like please check my dang recover account form as a human

    i dont even know how to get support human agent in microsoft

    man i would love putting in screenshot here but it wont load in.

    they dont load in for some reason

    i try asking minecraft support human. they cant do nothing and ask me to go to microsoft

    i aslo accidentally create new xbox account on my old email how is that possible i want it to connect to my old xbox account

    pls i dont wanna lost my old accounts i need a solutions?

    The forms asks for the email of the microsoft account I'm trying to recover, but the thing is I don't remember it. Recently, I found the Xbox Gamertag associated with the email. So, all the pieces of information I have are my Minecraft and Mojang account information, and the Gamertag of the microsoft account. The issue is that I don't know the email address of the microsoft account.

I am aware of the email, reference code, card details, purchase date, my Microsoft account information and my Minecraft name (which may have been changed). I don't need help recovering my Microsoft account, as I have already managed to recover it. But I wanted to ask for help in migrating Minecraft from the scammer's email to the original Microsoft account (which is the one I'm writing with). Obviously I will provide you at Microsoft with all the information necessary to get your Minecraft account back. (if I try to log in to the launcher with my Microsoft account it tells me that I didn't purchase the game, which is false and I can test it with the data I listed before).
