Please I just want to Play Multiplayer I have the age you should have but it still doesnt work

and for me it still doesnt work!! its holiday and i want to play so please help!!

i just want to play cod online but i cant with free membership... i have enter card details and blah blah still doesnt work...

still doesnt work, i downloaded the media creation tool clicked on i want to update this pc and everything went on and still doesnt work

Edit: if i just reset the pc to factory will it have the windows still?

Mine still doesnt work. I don't think I fully understand Lawgz. I have purchased and downloaded everything and I can't play multiplayer. Its annoying.
