Unauthorised charge

Discus and support Unauthorised charge in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I was charged almost six dollars for something I didn't authorise all it says is microsoft trial benefit but I haven't paid for any benefits...     If you're seeing unauthorized transactions on your account let's you get in contact with Phone/Chat support to take a look into recent purchases. You can reach out to them

    The support number for Australia is 1800 555 741. This is toll free from landlines (you may incur charges if calling from a mobile).

    Perhaps you misread, but it is 5:55, call centre closes at 6, and I need this sorted before the payment is fully charged.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem with the billing. Have you taken a look at the accounts order history to see if the transaction was completed under your account? If you have not taken a look at it go ahead and take a look at the

    Order History     to see if there was any transactions.

    If you do not see nothing then I would advise that you
    Contact Xbox Support     so that you can get assistance with this with a live agent.
