Restore Minecraft Account purchases

If you were signed in to a Microsoft Account in Minecraft, your Marketplace purchases will have been saved to that account and can be restored by signing Minecraft into the same Microsoft Account now.

If you were not signed in to a Microsoft account, it may not be possible to restore the purchases. The best thing you could do in this case would be to contact Minecraft support as advised in the previous message for definitive advice.

I understand you need help Minecraft game problem.

Just a heads up that the game license is actually not cross platform because the license on each platforms are different. So if you have this game on Nintendo switch or other devices, you cannot play this on your PC unless you purchase it on PC.

PC or Minecraft dungeons for windows has a different license and you cannot have the game transferred to your PC from your switch. You would have to buy this on PC again so you can play it on there.

Anyway, Minecraft dungeons is free to play from game pass ultimate subscription on PC, you might want to check that subscription and use it to play the game instead.

Just one question before uninstalling it , this solution can restore it in the Minecraft website? so the "purchase Minecraft java edition" will disappear in the website?

You may need to follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your app is up to date by going to the App Store and selecting Update. If updating the app isn't available, it's most likely up to date. 

2. Open the Minecraft Marketplace. 

3. Select the Store. 

4. Scroll down to purchases and select Restore Purchases. 

If that didn't work, you may need to reach out to Mojang support.

The point is that I don’t need to restore my Microsoft account, I need to restore Minecraft to my account, and I didn’t find a support section with such a question.
