Xbox Cloud Gaming - Cannot connect to server

I have tried to reset the console. And now the problem is that even Xbox Cloud Gaming cannot connect to the bfv server.

Are you trying to move your game save to cloud storage? You cannot move DLC's to cloud.

Destiny data is connected to your account to Bungie's servers.

1. No, no way to enforce the region. But usually servers for cloud gaming are on every supported country. Xbox does not allow cloud gaming on countries that they do not have dedicated servers for cloud gaming. So every time you connect to cloud gaming, it should ge on a german server.

2. What exact connection informations? From Xbox side, you can only test your connection with the Xbox Live servers (as we did above). Sorry about this.

Thanks for the reply. You can definitely clear the local saved games in the settings under storage. Now before doing this, lets discuss the potentials of losing game saves. To help clarify:

• To play a game saved in the cloud on any console, your console must be connected to the Xbox Live servers. Games saved in the cloud cannot be played without a connection to the Internet.
• Your Xbox profile needs to be downloaded to any console where you want to play a game saved in the cloud.

If your console is always connected to the network, your game saves should be aligned with the cloud saves on the server.

I recommend to try:

• uninstall game
• Settings > System > Storage > Clear Local Saved Games (Console will reboot)
• install game

Try this and let us know the results.
