Has anyone else noticed that basically no one works at this company???

I was locked out of my account and i went to the XBOX virtual assistant and it told me to fill in the form. Fine, did the form. Never heard back more than a week later so i did it two more times. Didn't hear back in that same time frame for the two additional attempts. I then said i need to talk to a representative, and it was basically around and around with a robot. I finally found an 800 number to call for support. They just said to me (they being an exaggeration since it was just another robot):

"This line isnt able to assist with that please go to *insert link here* and fill out the sign in helper form. Goodbye!"

REALLY????? That's customer support? I get customer service is an oxymoron, but come on! I honestly am of the opinion that there is not a single living human working at Microsoft.

If anyone knows how to reach a human, I would greatly appreciate any input. At this point, I might even be tempted to offer a cash reward!!! (Just Kidding)

I thought i did read compatible with xbox with basic input idk if it is or not. Trying to see if anyone else has one and is working.

Yea, I never realized the Castle was acutally called "Dour." I don't think it's brought up in conversation with NPC's who may mention "Castle Dour." Oh well... goofy-a** mistake. Glad it made some people chuckle.
