I am having the same issue with the minecraft launcher. It is on pc xbox app. The error code isn't on the microsofts error code list.

Can you confirm on what device do you play Minecraft? Are you able to sign in on Xbox.com with no issues? Please do try to change your Microsoft account password and see if it will help.

If you are on PC, kindly try to sign out your Microsoft account on both Microsoft Store app and Xbox app then sign back in. After this, please try to check if you will get the same issue when signing in to Bedrock.
