Could I be refunded?

i cancelled the subscription and did not get my refund

You can sign in at (https://account.microsoft.com/services). . Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel. Under Payment Settings, select Cancel. You'll be able to check there if you qualify for a refund, you must choose between:

"Not charging my subscription again" (turn off the recurring billing) or

"Ending now and getting a refund".

Kindly check if it's already refunded, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/, look for your subscription's renewal to see the status of it. if the refund option was not shown to you, you can always fill out the refund form to request the refund of that charge:

Was the last email you received from the team confirming the refund and that in a few days you would receive the refund in the payment method used?
