    Account Location stuck in US


    I am trying to buy the Xbox Game Pass from South Africa, but it says that I am in the wrong region. I spoke with the online chat and found out that Microsoft thinks my region is set to the US, but on every spot on all my devices, my location is set to South Africa. I recently returned to the country after a lengthy stay in the UK, and this is the first time I am accessing my Microsoft account since I was in the UK. the person I spoke to said he could not change my region from his end. Apparently my Bing Rewards account also shows as in the US. I have previously purchased the Xbox Game Pass, but I think that was back when I lived in the US, over a year ago, although, I still bought it in the South African Store.

    Please help, all online sources seem to be unrelated or have had quick fixes that did not work.

    I have the guide, but have used mostly it for Alchemy and locating resources (quick silver or Daedra hearts) or if I get stuck (AKA keep getting killed) in a quest. Useful, but not needed.
