I made certain that I was logged into my Microsoft account before redeeming the code, but I do not see the game in my Order History. Currently, all other games that I own give me the option to install to my console from the Microsoft Store online, but the one I redeemed this code for has only the "Buy" button available.

Removing and re-adding my account from my XBox One console did not correct the issue.

I swear I have spent the last 20 mins trying to find the add-ons option on the Microsoft Store's game page idk what is going on or if your are telling me to looking in the right place but I cannot find it at all I just read a review on the game page in Microsoft Store and someone said the only way for me to fix it is I need Xbox console which I do not own the only reason I have a Microsoft account is because my laptop from school is a MSI Raider GE76 and it runs on Windows 11 so if owning the console is the only way to fix it then I'm out of options

Make sure to sign in with the account that owns the games.
If maybe you see only the buy option this means that you only own the X/S edition.
FIFA 22 and 23 are not compatible with the smart delivery program

I agree I think that Microsoft is just trying to save money. They don't care about the people like you and me. I have had a Xbox live rewards account for 3 years and have bought Every Xbox game I own from the Microsoft store. But
if they merge Microsoft rewards with Xbox LIVE Rewards I will never buy another item off of the Microsoft store ever. I've spent thousands of dollars on the Microsoft store that's where I bought my Xbox One and my new Xbox one x and my Microsoft Xbox One Elite
controller I have purchased so many things from the Microsoft store I can't even name all of them. And I'm not some kid. I'm a adult that just enjoys gaming but I will find another place to purchase all my gaming gear and games if they do away with the Xbox
LIVE Rewards program because I will not have any reason to buy from Microsoft store. And I can get everything cheaper

As I mentioned, I Am trying to install Age of Empires 2 DE and, at the Microsoft store and logged in, there is a page that says I own it (which is correct). There is a large image advising me to click it to install my program. When I click it, I am presented
with a new page only with the option (in Microsoft Store) of buying it again or joining XBox pass.

This might be normal and maybe if I just click on "buy" the store will remember I already bought it and then allow me to proceed with installation, but I'm not expecting to be so lucky.

There seems to be a British MS store and a USA one, maybe the problem I'm having is related? Anyway what would you suggest?
