My xbox one old Gen won't take in discs

Xbox One s. I have it on disc. It goes all the way to 9.99 percent then stops. No my Xbox is 1 tb. Redownloading it each time when it stops at 9.99. the disc is for the new Gen and old gen can be played on both

Back in my day, we had to take the games out and blow on them to get them to work, does the Xbox One come with a floppy drive, I need to play my games

How it works: Nov 5th buy the disc on 360 take it home. Come nov 22nd take your 360 game back to the shop to exhange it for the xbox one version plus pay an extra £$10 and leave the shop with a next-gen disc minus the last-gen disc. You dont keep the x360
disc and the x1 disc,j you pay a tenner extra to exchange the disc. No-one lets you keep both version for £$10

They won't need to for next gen as the Xbox One has a blue ray disc. So you will only need to install the game like you do for every other game.

I would like to see a laser that can read all xbox games from all the xbox consoles. Maybe the choice to install or read directly from the disc like how the xbox 360 was. Also a disc release button in case the disc gets stuck or won't eject. I have
the old xbox one where you are supposed to take a paper clip to the side of the console.
