Refund denied on a game i cant play.

A few days ago i bought Sekiro GOTY Edition on my Xbox One, but after opening the game and starting a new game, the camera movement gave me some pretty bad motion sickness to a point i couldn't play for more than 10 mins without feeling like i was gonna vomit, even worse, it has no camera option to at least mitigate this issue.

I sent a refund request, which in the past had worked perfectly on other games i couldn't play for similar issues, but this time, the request got immediately declined and will not give me any options to request again or anything else other than being stuck with a game i can't play.

Any idea on what i can do to get a refund?

You can contact support at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and select 'I can't redeem a code' (or any option that lets you talk to someone) under 'Subscriptions & billing', skip any suggestions, then start a live chat.

You'd need to contact the developer (in this case, Activision) to address any issues with the game - submit a request to Activision Support

As expected, my request for a refund was denied. The purchase is almost 3 years old. I said this was going to happen.

Now i cant play the game, i cant repurchase it and no one can help me.

so my 6 year old son ordered madden bypassing my password and i submitted a request for refund 2 hours later. I am concerned because i was told I cant get a digital refund because the game was played. This is wrong, I changed my password numerous
time and he always find out. Now my refund was denied, I noticed the game keeps freezing for no reason, How do i submit a new request after it was denied?

All you can really do is reply to the email you got saying the refund was denied, try and explain the situation and see if they will make an exception.

xbox and cdpr have a sponsorship deal, no way they pull it from the store. i cant even play longer then 20 mins without crashing. too bad they denied my refund so i cant even get rid of this broken mess of a game. the one time i preorder a game and its
horribly broken.

I tried the refund option but even though i said that cant play the game they still denied the refund so im just wondering if there is a way to make an xbox store bought game download without freezing? Even after clearing the memory and factory reset.
If not I guess im just out the money and microsoft 1 me 0
