Dear Minecraft Support Team,

I am writing to formally request immediate assistance regarding the unacceptable loss of my Minecraft worlds. Despite still having access to my account, my saved worlds which represent countless hours of effort, progress, and personal investment have inexplicably disappeared. This is a severe issue that has caused significant distress, and I demand a resolution.

These worlds are irreplaceable, and their disappearance due to what appears to be a technical failure on your end is unacceptable. I have confirmed that my account and friend lists remain intact, ruling out user error. I expect your team to:
1. Investigate and restore my lost worlds from your server backups.
2. Provide a detailed explanation for how this occurred.
3. Ensure this negligence does not happen again.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter through every available channel, including social media, consumer protection agencies, and refund requests for any associated purchases. I have been a loyal player for years and this lack of safeguarding for player data is inexcusable.

I expect a response within 48 hours with actionable steps toward resolution.

I tried doing this and I tried doing the soft reset that was suggested in another Microsoft post now not only is my big world with a few hundred hours is gone but after doing all the other worlds I had that I had decent progress on are gone now too and
I cannot retrieve them from the old worlds. Thanks microsoft for making a

I need my world back this is not the first time this occured my xbox was glitching so I reset it with KEEP APPS AND GAMES! When I went to minecraft I had to re-sync ALL of my worlds... I named a world in color named Territory or something like
that. Now its gone and I ALREADY TRIED SYNC OLD WORLDS DIDN'T HELP! I really want my worlds back, because I spent ALOT of time into them. Please help me!

bro im so mad i put all my memory on my flash drive and left but when i came back all my memory was gone . i life the flash drive atact to the xbox i left for a hour and all my data was gone if you have any sulation please tell me please

I had Terraria saved and I needed more space at the time for other games and when I finally got a bigger hard drive my save had the world but all my gear and items that had were gone with my character all my 20+ hours gone.
