Call of Duty says I don't own it when I do and prompts me to re-purchase it.

Hello, I own Call of Duty Black Ops 6 standard digital version on my Xbox Series S and I purchased it and I have been able to use it, but as of recently when I try to play it on my Xbox or on the Xbox app on my computer, I try to join a game and the only option is to play a private match and it says it is the demo version, and it prompts me to purchase it when I already own it. I have tried configuring the network setting and completely logging out of all my Xbox accounts yet it still says I don't own it. I am not willing to spend another $70 on this game could anyone help me please?

To set your expectations properly, all the completed purchases on your accountis saved to your Order history real time.

Please verify ownership of the game by signing in to Microsoft Account Order History https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history using the email tied to your Xbox account.

Look for the transaction confirming the purchase of Call of Duty Black Ops 6.

Make sure the purchase status is marked as Completed.

And make sure the correct account login. If you have logged into multiple accounts on your Xbox, it is possible that you are signed into a different account that doesn’t own the game.

Kindly log out of all accounts on your Xbox and Xbox app.

Sign in using the account associated with your purchase (matching the email address from your Order History). Restart the game and verify access.

Pretty safe to say it will be.

I don't see the big deal with Call of Duty and b/c. Each iteration of Call of Duty is essentially a "Re-Master". Nothing changes much in the Call of Duty Multi-player. Animations, Load outs, and such are basically the same.

Restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps
