    My money disappeared of my account im not tripping over it but it’s still my money I spent money on a digital game called 2k25 it was on deal for cheap in total I spent 20 dollars i still had money left in my account it was 7 dollars left how come when I check my balance i don’t have no money I

    The best thing to do its to call an agent from Billing support > https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    He will check all payments and make a refund if you are right ;)

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month.
