My account has been been blocked for no reason.

Hello,

I was recently shocked to find out that my Microsoft account had been locked without any prior notice.

I discovered this only after submitting an appeal form, which stated that the account was blocked due to a violation of Skype’s terms. The strange thing is — I haven’t used Skype in over a year.

To make matters worse:

• I couldn’t contact support via live chat or phone because I was locked out of my account.
  
• I had to create this new account just to ask for help.
  
• I did manage to call Microsoft, but the support agent said they can’t do anything, and that decisions are made by a team in India through the form.
  

This situation is extremely frustrating because:

• My Game Pass subscription is still active on the blocked account.
  
• I lost access to my Windows product keys, purchased Xbox games, and OneDrive files.
  
• I can’t even download or back up my own data.
  

This feels very unfair and harmful to a paying customer. I ask for a thorough review of my case and at least temporary access to retrieve my purchases and personal files.
