    Where is my Microsoft account??


    Hey all. I just tried to log in to my x-box after about 2 years and it’s just disappeared along with all of my gaming progress. I had to change my password and create a whole new account and lost all my progress. Where did all my stuff go and how do I get it back???

    Same thing happened to me when i booted up my xbox tonight, it was working just fine yesterday but today it acted like it was reset to factory settings, I made a bunch of accounts on it and don't know an email to sign into the account, I know the gamertag
    and password but not the email, SO Frusterating!!!!
