    Cant join Multiplayer, Marketplace or realms


    Hello,

    when starting minecraft everything loads in as usual and I'm on the latest version of the game on my xbox. The weird thing about it is that it shows me an old hud in the menu. Also I cant join any multiplayer worlds or realms and cant access the marketplace.

    I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times, deleted worlds for storage space and reset my console as well as the router.

    I am out of ideas to try

    I can't join my friend on minecraft but I have an Open Nat

    Is it a world you're joining or a realm?

    The realm should work bit ive fou d a lot of worlds i cant join possibly region specific.

    So i think the problem is my own wifi but dont know why doesnt work with minecraft ream (because i can see minecraft marketplace but cant join realm)

    We are having the same issues where the child account cannot join realms on an iOS device but if we log that account into a PC it IS able to join the realm

    On iOS its giving the account cannot join multiplayer games message

    I’ve tried all available to PlayStation of the above and I still cannot join any multiplayer realm or such. I played on my friends realm 3 days ago but since then I’ve not been able to join. It says “connecting” and then immediately closes out not joining the world.
