    BSOD while streaming gameplay of PSO2:NGS. What's the issue?


    Hello, today my PC had abruptly BSOD'd while playing and streaming Phantasy Star Online: New Genesis to friends via Discord. Everything was running very smoothly until my PC abruptly started stuttering and shut off, first went audio from the game and then everything else froze and crashed. The code told me it was a Memory Dump, but I have since ran a memory diagnostic and found both sticks are free of issues in eventvwr. I'm hoping that this dump file can add some clarity to what is going on, any help is appreciated, thanks.

    A memory dump is a diagnostic tool so that they can see what is going on with the game. It does not mean your RAM has gone bad

    You need to send that dump to Sega

    There's currently a service alert up for PSO2 which is why you are having issues.

    They are working on a fix so it's just a case of waiting.

    Is Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis supported in Xbox Game Pass?

    Yes, I know PSO2 free. However, in 2021 the game got an update, which requires 10th generation processor to run due to use of "AVX instructions". My laptop can't run the game anymore; so I'd be able to play PSO2 in my laptop if it were streamed by Game Pass.
