Remote play help? I’ve been a PlayStation player my whole life and don’t understand this or...

This doesn’t have anything to do with the backbone controller it works perfectly fine. I’ve done the remote setup and it went smoothly. Anytime I try to use the remote play unless my tv is turned on the screen is squished as shown in my initial post. I’ve tried on wifi in several locations as well as on cell data. If the tv is turned on the screen on my iPhone corrects itself instantly. The whole point of the remote play is so I don’t have to be home to use it so having to turn my tv on so the screen is right seems a little off.

I’ve had exactly the same, haven't played the game in a while, I just bought mw3 and tried the campaign early access to find out I’ve been banned for the same reasons as above.

They won’t overturn the ban, the annoying thing is I’m such a rubbish player I don’t understand how they think I’ve been cheating.

It’s been doing it now for the past 2 weeks that I’ve started playing spec ops to take a break from warzone and plunder not that I don’t like the mode because I love it but due to a whole bunch of cheaters I’m starting to lose interest in something that has/stiill is helping me through a recent life altering situation that was brought upon me by a careless 17yr kid driver tboned me on my motorcycle so to me this game is my go to to get away from messed up reality I’m sure there’s many who share the same and understand where I’m coming from.

I have been playing from the Xbox original, I have been playing games for over 15 years. Before the Xbox original it was the Nintendo 64. I don’t think long tenure should give a discount, otherwise it would force players to play for at least a year before
possibly getting some small discount, also then Playstation would probably do the same and then that would be a whole new console war.

Can anyone help me please I don’t understand how I’ve tried everything and I still can’t use this gaming system to play games.
