Minecraft for Windows red screen

hello, i have did all of it but none is working, i have backed up my files since that update so i still have my data, my graphics card is intel, FPS (Frames per Second) is ranging 30 fps - 120+ fps

It was opened before I formatted the pc, now it does not open and if you are not going
