Can’t see multiplayer text on any games on my x box

Please check if you can see the privacy settings of your account here.

Then, see if you can set the settings to Everybody or Allow.

Once done, let's try to enable the QoS tagging on this console.

Please go to Settings and select General > Network settings > Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings

Enable both the DSCP and WMM tagging

Reboot the console

Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

Then, please check if that fixes the issue.

If that doesn't fix the issue, try to reset the console this way.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to remember the email and password for the account before taking these steps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

Select "Reset and keep my games & apps

Can’t play my games that I paid you because of your system problems. I’m so sick why do I stay with x-box if you guys can’t let us play are own games !!!??

No error codes at all just keeps showing the box in the upper right hand corner on the multiplayer lobby as loading and I can’t get into customization options or access any of my profile options and yes it’s the only one

I don't see this setting for any of my children, or for myself. The only four settings I see under "Communication & multiplayer" are:

- You can join multiplayer games

- Other can communicate with voice, text, or invites

- You can use video for communications

- Other can see your activity feed

I semi agree with the op. X Box One is boring, had more fun on X Box 360. Got so boring that I didn't renew my gold membership last month. My dad has an X Box One X, but he doesn't go on it a lot. My mum watches Netflix with it. I still have my X Box 360
console tucked in my wardrobe. Well now there's cross platform multiplayer, but over half the people we're on a different platform, not an X Box One console, the long multiplayer loading screens, people with no mics, and not enough people round my age on the
console, which sucks. My best friend has a Windows 10 laptop which has the X Box Companion App thingy. Welp I won't have to fight over the X Box One console. X Box is still kwl though ^-^.
