Order refund

It should give you the option to refund on the transaction at http://account.microsoft.com or you can try going through https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Keep in mind you only have 14 days to submit a refund request though. As you state, it's been 14 days, so if it has been longer than that at this point, the could be why it doesn't give you the option.

Has it been refunded already? Check your order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ what's the status of your order. If it says refunded already, it cannot be reversed. If it's not yet refunded, reply back to the email confirmation you received about your refund request.

Submitting a refund request is the only way to possibly receive a refund. Support no longer handle them directly. Try going through https://support.xbox.com/refund-orders

When i go to https://support.xbox.com/en-ZA/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders and see refund status, it shows refund approved.

However when i go to order history it shows refund failed. At this address: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Sorry to hear it. To request a refund on the purchase please first login to
account.microsoft.com/orders and find the purchase. Mark down the date of the purchase and order number. Then go to
xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form. That will be sent off to Xbox to be reviewed.
