The new game HUB is not available for me

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with your HUB.

If your Xbox One and Series X consoles are up to date, but the HUB or your Games & Apps aren't displaying game information for your profile, it could be for a few reasons.

Here's what the issue could be.

1. Network issues.

Check your network connection:

Make sure your console can connect to the internet. Restart your router and console.

NAT type.

Make sure your NAT type isn't set to Unavailable. This can sometimes prevent the HUB from displaying information.

2. Profile issue.

Try a different profile. See if the HUB works with another profile on your console.

Remove and re-add your profile. This may refresh your profile's connection to Xbox Live.

Clear locally saved data and re-sync. Try clearing locally saved data and re-syncing with the cloud.

I have tried all suggestions, but to no avail. I have the bt home hub and still no download. I tried the new game download and the same result. I really don't think its on my end.

If there are going to be free games available then can we at least download them.

Its beyond any kind of joke now.

Just downloaded the hub

£3.99 a month and £19.99 for a year isnt bad. Depending on the games they make available.

So the "report a bug" thing was actually available outside of that under "feedback hub", but your suggestion lead me to finding that. Thank you!
