Can anyone tell me how to fix a game that refuses to install

Hi,

try following steps:

Turn off the console by holding the power button at the console for about 10sec until it's off.

Disconnect it from the power source for 5 minutes.

This will empty the cache and most often helps in such a situation.

If not you'll have to perform a factory reset. You can keep the games and settings but in the end you'll need your account email and password to download your profile anew.

Thanks. In that case may I suggest trying a factory reset on the console as listed in the link below. There's an option to keep your installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

The only thing I ask if you try this is to delete MW2 first and if you're prompted to bring over previous settings or use the app choose No.

You will need to know the email/password for your account if you do this.

Everything is enabled and I just re downloaded it and still having the issue. I'm gonna try turning off remote play it may be the issue. "Edit" With remote play turned off it still mutes the lobby without letting me change it.

I've been looking into this issue and it seems others have had it in the past. Other than double checking the in game audio settings to make sure everything is enabled properly the best suggestion has always been to delete then redownload the game.

Can anyone please tell me how to copy my installed games in xbox one's HD to an external HD? :/
