Both of my accounts are signed in currently, my internet connection is good for multiple Gb downloads. When I do the multiplayer connection test in the Xbox settings, my nat type is 'Moderate.', I went to see if the issue persists with other games, so far State of Decay 2 seems like the only game with this issue. Again I did say I reinstalled State of Decay 2 in my original reply and even tried to play it without any updates at all, this as I said didn't fix the issue.

Another thing, I'm confused about your mention of the Xbox App, there is no such thing on my console and you might be thing of the app on Windows. This is an issue for the Xbox One S, not PC.

I have done two network tests in the console settings: "Test Network connection" and "Test multiplayer connection", the network connection test went fine.

I understand. Since the previous steps did not work, the problem is in the game. In this case, I recommend that you contact State Of Decay support so they can check this specific problem.

Same here for State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition preorder. NAT Type is Open for me but Server Connectivity is Blocked. High latency and around 2% packet loss.

Anyone from microsoft can give us any infomation on this? Is this a problem on our end or is it something wrong on Microsoft end with State of Decat 2?

its not state of decay. its the app/xbox live. you can check your xbox connectivity right from windows settings and you still get the same results.

Same issue…. Microsoft ??????????????
