How did I get a 2 day suspension from activity feed?

To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details and if the option to file a case review is not showing up, it may mean that you're not eligible to file one. I'm sorry for that.

Concerning captures

All content must be rated e for everyone so if you are cursing during one of your captures from your mic could be a violation

Support cannot help with enforcement issues

That's not how unauthorized investigations work

Your account gets locked and they investigate when you will receive an email with steps to unlock

Even then only the escalations team talk to enforcement about unauthorized access violations

Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.

Any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time so your suspension could be for something you did several weeks ago or longer.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my activity feed and leader boards. Mine stopped working about 2 days ago, I also did a factory reset. The reset did nothing for it.
