Account Wrongfully Banned

Hello, going to keep this as short as i can as ive typed this out too many times now but refuse to give up lol.

My xbox gamertag is “papa mesha”. January 15th 2025 i received a permanent suspension on my xbox account of 15 years. I immediately checked my emails to see if theres anything to say why i was banned and i had no email, so i used my appeal on the enforcement website and simply asked why i was banned. Of course the appeal got denied as im asking why I got banned instead of explaining the reasoning for my ban which i did not know as they never told me. I then reached out to the better business bureau (BBB) to see if they coiod get any further information about my ban and 2 weeks later i received an email stating i was banned for “cheating” specifically “manipulating follower counts using bots”. Now i understand why i was banned but this still does not make sense. It was around 2-3 years ago i randomly started getting bot accounts follow me one after another for like an hour while playing with my friends online up until over 2000+ followers, I then reached out to microsoft support and told them the situation and i wad told as long as it was not me that committed the bot following then i am fine, so i of course accepted that answer and just ignored it (there is even forums of people with the same situation being told by support team the same thing they told me that there’s nothing to worry about if you didn’t commit the bot following) so i thought i was fine until i received permanent suspension 2-3 years later january 15th 2025 for bot followers. Im not entirely sure how microsoft enforcement team works but for someone else to send bots to mass follow your account and result in YOU getting banned for it seems insanely wrong and unfair the fact ive spent thousands on games and in game content as well my account is 15+ years old and just been permanently banned for someone sending bots to mass follow me. I hope you can see how wrong this is. Because my appeal was denied and from what i know of there is no other way to contact the enforcement team so i reached out to microsoft support agents and have been told the same thing by several different agents that there is nothing they can do and it is MY fault for appealing incorrectly for an incident that should never have happened in the first place?? I get mass bot followed and banned then i appeal incorrectly and get my appeal denied and account completely suspended. No idea how this is right at all. I am posting here as i was told to post my issue on xbox forums as that is all there is left to do really. No idea if this will get anything done to uplift the suspension but i refuse to believe this is how Microsoft works and hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you for reading.
