My xbox account says it doesn't exist after being hacked

Hi, my Xbox/Microsoft account was hacked a while ago. Someone changed the email to a random one, and I couldn’t sign in. Now it shows my original email again on the Xbox, but when I try to sign in online at Microsoft.com or Xbox.com, it says the account doesn’t exist. I had games and purchases tied to the account.

I tried the ACSR form, but it says the account doesn’t exist. I can’t recover it and I can’t contact support because it asks me to sign in, but I can’t.

Please help me understand if I can recover the account or if it's permanently deleted.

Regrettably, once the email has been changed, we can no longer able to use the online form regarding Account compromised. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further check or investigate your account.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

my account is hacked by a rambler.ru account and i think they changed my email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one"

When you say hacked, you mean you try to login, and you receive an error message: "This account doesn't exist"?

Oh sorry I don't check my email often and this was my last ditch effort in getting my account back and after I hadn't seen a reply for about 2 days I kinda gave up I'm able to chat now if your still willing to help me

1. Its a personal account

2. Last time I was able to sign in was about 4 months ago

3. Its a Gmail account

4. I've tried multiple different websites one being the Microsoft store and I've even tried the Xbox app (The account I'm trying to recover is my Xbox but its also my Microsoft)
