    Can’t play certain games, not sure why


    Tried going into Ninja Gaiden and was unable to, assumed it was a Game Pass problem so then I tried to play Marvel Rivals, which is a free game, still the same problem. Then to reassure myself I went into KOTOR which I know for a fact I bought and paid for. Same problem. RDR2 seems to be working fine. Not sure whats going on because I looked up the error code and it literally doesnt exist. Would appreciate some help.

    Is it possible you are playing games that are no longer a part of Game Pass? GTA V left Game Pass on 5/7, so unless you bought the game you wouldn't be able to play it anymore.

    Why can’t I play multiplayer on certain consoles?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Make sure that the NAT Type is OPEN on your console by following the steps below:

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type.

    Then perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
