i have a different Microsoft account that was hacked and I have not been able to recover...

Spencer, I am very sorry about what happened with your account and I completely understand your frustration, I'm afraid that Microsoft Account support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is by following the methods indicated in the link below.

Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

So what steps do you suggest I take?

I just checked again and there is now another email associated with the account that ends in 21cn.com which is a Chinese company.

Not sure what this means or what I can do.

They must have added that email to the account and deleted my original email because whenever I attempt to sign into my old account with my original email, I get the notice that an account with that email does not exist.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I have already tried most of the steps on that hacked account page with no success.

I know it was changed to a Russian email because I recall that, during my initial efforts to recover my account, Microsoft asked me where I wanted to receive a code and one of the email options was this: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

I called Microsoft multiple times and even sent in a picture of my ID but heard nothing back. If they would cross reference my identity with the history of my Xbox account, the information would align and confirm my original ownership of the account.

Well I tried the email that I originally created the account with and I was told that the account does not exist so I am not sure what you're saying I should do. I tried everything in the link you sent as well and go no where.
