I was playing warzone the other night and I got a notification on my Xbox saying an enforcement had been placed on my account.

I immediately assumed this must be a mistake as I don’t message anyone and I only communicate in party chat. I have not made any changes to my profile or account in the last two years and as far as I am aware have not done anything at all out of the ordinary.

I appealed the decision and I have today logged onto the enforcement page and see that my appeal has been denied. No information has been given regarding this appeal - apparently you are sent an email regarding the decision yet nothing at all has come through.

I have been given a 15 day suspension from playing multiplayer, communicating and a couple of other things. I only play Warzone and FC 25 Ultimate Team, therefore the suspension has rendered my Xbox completely useless.

Not only this, but the fact that I have been suspended and not told why is infuriating. There is absolutely nobody to contact regarding this and I have absolutely no idea as to why I haven’t received an email detailing the decision.

How on earth can Microsoft expect anyone to learn from their ‘mistakes’ when they don’t even tell you the thing you did to earn the suspension!?

Back in 2022 I was suspended as I used a swear word when messaging and I was reported - I learned from my mistake and haven’t had as much as a single strike since. Using the swear word was only 1 strike and the message in question was clearly displayed under the ‘details’ section on the enforcement page.

I’m just completely lost as to why they would place a 5 strike Account suspension when I’ve not done anything at all differently on my Xbox in the last few months than I would do normally in the last 18 years of playing Xbox.

If anyone could help it’d be appreciated - I don’t even know why I’ve been suspended nor do I know why my appeal has been rejected. It states something about community guidelines on the enforcement page yet I’ve read through the guidelines and cannot match up anything at all that I’ve done.
