So I'm trying to redownload Call of duty black ops but stops at 36.6%

Please be guided with the following troubleshooting steps:

Check your internet connection because a slow or unstable connection can cause downloads to freeze. If there is an issue with the network, restart your router. Switching to a wired connection via an Ethernet cable and test the game installation.

And then power down your Xbox completely, by unplugging it for 5 minutes, then restart it.

Next is to free up storage space because a low storage space is a struggle to complete the installation. Delete unused games or apps.

Then pause and resume the download. To do this, go to My Games & Apps > Queue, select the game, and pause the download. Wait a few minutes, then resume it.

After that is to install in ofline mode by disconnecting from the internet, then attempt to install the game. Once installed, reconnect and download any necessary updates.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly cancel the download, restart your Xbox, and reinstall the game from the start.
