I keep getting banned and I haven't done anything that violated the rules and can't appeal

As an Ambassador that is all we can do. There may be people out there saying they got banned for no reason, but that is not true. The enforcement team does not ban for no reason. They investigate every complaint they receive and will only issue a ban if
they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. You can be reported a million times and not receive a ban as long as you haven't done anything to violate the rules.

PS4 pretty much has the same rules Xbox does.

Sorry, but an appeal would be the only possible way to lift the ban and if they denied, there is nothing else that can be done. Regardless of if there was a misubderstanding, if a suspension was applied then something was still done to violate the rules.

As long as you haven't done anything to violate any rules then there's nothing you have to do but ignore it.

Afraid not. You get one appeal so if it was denied then that's it,there's nothing else that can be done.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account you forfeit all digital content if your account gets permanently banned for violating the rules.
