My account has me as a child account but I am now an adult, how can I fix this?

Please check your birthdate because your account status depends on the birthdate registered with your Microsoft account. If your birthdate shows you are now over 18, your account will automatically transition to an adult account.

The transition will depend on the original birthdate that was saved on the account when it was created.

You can check your birthdate by signing into your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com and navigating to "Your Info" > "Edit date of birth.

And then manage family settings. Once verified that you are already an adult, you can leave the family group without any error. You can do this by signing into the Family Safety website at https://account.microsoft.com/family/windows/co... and leave the family group.

I can't remember 100% but I am sure whoever set up the child account can change it. Like if you made an adult account on the xbox before making the child account that adult account can change wether the child account is a child account or and adult one.
I will just test this out myself now and post how it went

I'm 18 years old now, and in my region (which is Taiwan), I'm surely an adult. I've checked the birthday in my account settings and it is correct. However, my account still seems to remain a child one(?

Each child account Has to have an adult account attached to it.

Have you tried signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/family and seeing if it is showing up there as a child account under a family with an adult account attached to it?

But i am not a child! And i have no child account, my ms-account is adult,
only on the XBOX360 my account is child, not on the XBO not on MS.

And ich have since yesterday two errors 8C150009 and 801540C.

So there is no point to XBox's child limitations if you can play the game with the child account. I am trying to allow my kids to broadcast a twitch feed, but I can't get access to change the permissions for their account. Even when I include him in my family,
and set his settings, in his settings they show the opposite!?!? This Child account control is complete garbage, and XBox has no business telling me how I can allow my child to access or display information! If I had known any of this I would have just set
